Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
Manage the daily functions of the business
Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed

Oversee Workplace Suicide Prevention Pledge Partners
Oversee and support the following contractors with the support of the Board Chair:
Construction Working Minds Summit Event Manager
Lived Experience Collective Event Manager
Outreach and Communications Manager
Fund-development and Financial Reporting (with support of bookkeeper) including grants, donations, revenue, sponsorships, 501c3 compliance, expenses incurred
Grant Writing
Donor communications
Coordination and Support of the Lived Experience Collective
Coordinating the Storytelling program (on-line course and retreats) including providing student support
Produce one monthly webinar and collateral (promo, videos, etc.)
Support marketing efforts of USSI
Administrative support of the Board of Directors
Administrative support of the Treasurer
Graphic design within branding guidelines.
Supports marketing of training and events via social media and website.
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies for training and programming activities.
Supporting and attending evening and weekend events and trainings as needed.
Support growth and program development.
Maintain contact lists for the organization.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Personal experience with suicide (bereaved by suicide, suicide attempt survivor, someone who has lived with thoughts/feelings of suicide, friend/family of someone who is living through suicidal intensity— i.e., wellness partner)
At least 18 years old
Experience with grant writing and fund development
Weekly sync up meeting (1 hour)
Two evening meetings a month with the US Board of Directors
Self Starter comfortable with remote work
Ability to effectively use Google Workspace, Zoom, LinkedIn, Instagram, FaceBook,
Three years’ experience in a relevant field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Ability to work independently and effectively in groups
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Experience creating online content
Knowledge of suicide prevention and/or mental health promotion
Ability to reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
Use of or ability to learn Canva, Mail Chimp and Google Suite, Asana
